Riya Banerjee

Riya Banerjee has a diverse work experience. Riya currently holds the position of Lead Human Resources Specialist at Super Purposes™, where they are responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting second interviews, and training their team on various HR functions. Prior to this, Riya worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company, where they focused on talent acquisition and sourcing qualified candidates. Before joining Super Purposes™, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and as a Developer at B.R.Singh Hospital in India.

Riya Banerjee completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Calcutta in 2005-2008. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Administrative Assistant Fundamentals from Oakton Community College.
