Omni Channel Lead Analyst, Digital Experience at Super Retail Group

Palak Bansal started their work experience in 2017 as a Frontend Developer at Truii, where they developed and designed the support system for the organization and created a fully functional website for a speech pathologist. Palak also served as a Data Analyst for the Queensland government Department of Science Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI), analyzing and wrangling data related to finances, expenditures, and grants. Palak then became the Chief Data Custodian at Truii briefly. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Digital Analytics Coordinator at Flight Centre Travel Group, where they formulated and executed web analytics strategies. Palak later joined PetCloud.com as a Digital Analytics Analyst before moving to Auto & General as a Reporting and Insights Analyst in the field of digital analytics. Currently, Palak is working at Super Retail Group as an Omni Channel Lead Analyst, specializing in digital experience.

Palak Bansal completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology from Chitkara University from 2011 to 2015. Palak then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Data Science, at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2015 to 2017. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Digital Transformation, specifically in Adopting Agile, from Torrens University Australia. Palak also has additional certifications, including Google Analytics Individual Qualification, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Analytics - Power Users, obtained in various years.
