Rita Caufield

Rita Caufield has extensive experience in customer service and property management, currently serving as a Field Experience Representative and Customer Care Representative at Superfeet Worldwide since October 2021. Prior to this, Rita held the position of Resident Service Manager at The Scion Group, where responsibilities included enhancing resident satisfaction, managing financial accounts, and coordinating property administrative tasks. Rita's earlier roles include Front Desk Lead at Chrysalis Inn & Spa, where management of purchase orders and guest recovery was key, and Seasonal Educator at lululemon, which involved inventory management during peak seasons. Rita holds a degree from the University of Vermont and a high school diploma from The Pennington School.
