Jeffrey Wadsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Jeffrey started with CompUSA as a Hardware Sales Team Member, where they sold computers and provided technical support. Jeffrey then worked at Northland International University, initially as a Technology Helpdesk Support staff, providing technical assistance for various technology devices and software. Jeffrey later became an Online Communications Assistant, managing interdepartmental communications, and an Audio/Video Manager, overseeing the daily audio/video needs of classrooms and events. Afterwards, they joined Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent, where they consulted with customers on necessary technology repairs. At Cumberland County Schools, Jeffrey worked as a Technology Technician II, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Currently, Jeffrey is employed at Superior Bowen Asphalt Company, LLC, where they have held multiple roles, including Service Desk Manager, Technical Services Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Information Technology. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the company's infrastructure, helpdesk, vendor management, and building a new IT infrastructure.

Jeffrey Wadsworth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Education from Northland International University between 2008 and 2012. Before that, they attended Bob Jones University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned two Associate of Science degrees. The first one was in Cinematography and the second one was in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey Wadsworth holds several certifications in various IT-related fields. Jeffrey obtained certifications such as CCNP: Routing and Switching from Cisco in 2015, Strata IT Fundamentals from CompTIA in 2014, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in 2014, among others.
