Kevin Burke

Kevin Burke is the Senior Vice President and Chief of Human Resources at Superior Industries. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in human resources, and has held leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies.

Burke began their career in human resources at Dow Performance Silicones, where they spent four years as the Vice-President of Global Human Resources. Kevin then moved to ITC Holdings Corp., where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for two years. In 2015, they became the VP Human Resources - Asia Pacific at Lear Corporation, and they held that position for three years. Most recently, Burke was the North America Human Resources at Valeo from 2018 to 2019.

At Superior Industries, Burke is responsible for leading the human resources department and overseeing all HR functions for the company. Kevin reports directly to the President and CEO of Superior Industries.

After completing their MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Kevin Burke began their career in human resources at Michigan State University's School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Kevin has also worked as an organizational communication consultant and is currently a Seaholm High School teacher.

Their manager is Majdi Abulaban, President and Chief Executive Officer. Kevin Burke works with Parveen Kakar - Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Product Development, Andreas Meyer - Senior Vice President and President Europe, and Joanne Finnorn - Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
