Annabella Garcia has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Supermercados Morelos since June 2019. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Simmons Foods and Regional HR Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where responsibilities included leading employee relations and HR functions across multiple states. Annabella also served as Managing Partner at Lara Garcia & Associates, providing executive search and coaching services. Previously, Annabella was the Director of Human Resources at Hilti Latin America, successfully leading a team to achieve significant growth, and held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc., managing HR leadership across various global regions.
