Brent Vorous

Brent Vorous has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Brent started their career as the Director of Sales at NetTV, where they successfully built and managed a sales organization. Brent then moved on to Rackable Systems as a Senior Account Manager, before transitioning to SGI after the company's acquisition. At SGI, they excelled as a Senior Account Manager, achieving Presidents Club recognition multiple times.

Brent's career progressed as they joined Penguin Computing as the Director of Western US Sales, where they achieved significant sales growth and exceeded bookings goals. Following their time at Penguin Computing, they joined HGST, a Western Digital company, as the Worldwide OEM Sales Director. In this role, they established strong partnerships with key Microsoft business units and achieved substantial revenue growth.

Continuing their success in the storage solutions industry, Brent joined Virident Systems as a Sales Director and was later acquired by HGST. At Virident Systems, they landed a major hyperscale cloud customer and was named Salesperson of the Year.

After DataDirect Networks, they joined Pica8, Inc. as the Director of Western US Sales, where they achieved the top sales position for the company in the US and successfully initiated partnerships with key VARs.

Most recently, Brent worked at Lightbits Labs as the Director of Sales for US - West, contributing to the company's success until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Supermicro. Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated exceptional sales performance, strategic partnerships, and an ability to achieve significant revenue growth.
