Jenna Swiren

As General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer, Jenna leads the development, implementation, management, and oversight of the Legal Department and is responsible for the management and strategy of Surefox’s legal concerns, including any contract, regulatory, corporate, labor and employment, pre-litigation and litigation matters. She also works in collaboration with the Ethics and Compliance Department and each internal department on the development, execution, and risk management of policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Surefox, Jenna worked as a litigator in both trial and appellate matters. Jenna served her clients at trials, arbitrations, and oral arguments before the Arizona state court, American Arbitration Association, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. She also specialized in healthcare regulatory work advising insurance and medical providers.

Jenna is a member of both the Arizona and California Bars. Prior to her work with Surefox, Jenna served on the Herberger Theater Center’s Young Leadership Board and graduated from the Ladder Down Program.

Jenna received her Bachelor of Arts in English, Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and minors in Spanish and Women’s Studies from the University of Delaware. Jenna graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School where she served as co-president of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law, a mediator with the Harvard Mediation Program, an officer of HL Central, and a line editor with the Harvard International Law Journal.
