Blair Hayduk 🔹 Project Manager

Blair Hayduk has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Project Manager, Estimator, Electrician, and Accounting & Business Development Associate. They began their career at PwC as a Jr. Accountant from 2012 to 2014. Blair then worked at Pearson Manufacturing Ltd as an Accounting & Business Development Associate from 2014 to 2017, where they implemented financial and operational systems and prepared cost estimates. From 2017 to the present, Blair has been with Surepoint Group, starting as an Electrician and later being promoted to the position of Project Manager and Estimator. In this role, they have coordinated cost-efficient project activities, performed pre and post-bid reviews, generated estimates and proposals, and implemented continuous improvement strategies. Overall, Blair's experience demonstrates their strong skills in project management, estimation, financial analysis, and problem-solving.

Blair Hayduk completed a Project Management Certificate from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, Blair pursued an apprenticeship training program in Electrician at NAIT. In 2007, Blair Hayduk achieved a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from MacEwan University, which was completed in 2012.
