Alicia Williams has over 27 years of experience in the field of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Alicia began their career as the Manager of Payer Integration at UHC/Healtheon/Actamed in 1993. Alicia then worked at various companies, including Maxim Group, Charter Solutions, Nistevo, EDS, Henkel (Dial Corporation), Data Integration Specialists, SeeChange Health - HealthInsight, ATK, and Surescripts.

Throughout their career, Alicia has taken on multiple roles, such as EDI Specialist, EDI Analyst/Mapper, Senior EC Consultant I, EDI Coordinator, Certification Project Manager.
