Heather O'Brien began their work experience in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at U.S. Bank, where they were responsible for receiving deposits and processing withdrawals. Heather then moved on to Charter One Bank in 2012 as a Universal Banker, focusing on sales and customer service. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Republic Bank, performing CSR duties. Since 2015, Heather has been with Surge Staffing, starting as a District Manager before advancing to Regional Manager, Senior Vice President, and currently serving as the Executive Vice President.
Heather O'Brien completed their Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management at South University Online from 2009 to 2013. Heather'sfield of study was in Business and Healthcare.
