Raul Garcia-Tapia

Raul Garcia-Tapia is an experienced professional in the field of composites engineering, currently serving as the Composites Engineering DFM & Metrology Manager and previously as a Senior Composites Engineer at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd since May 2012. Prior to this role, Raul worked as a Composite Design Engineer at Vestas Technology R&D from March 2010 to May 2012, and as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at LOLA Composites Ltd from June 2007 to April 2010. Early in the career, Raul was part of ARESA as Aries Estructuras Aeroespaciales from June 2004 to June 2006. Raul holds an Engineering degree in electronics from Universidad de Valladolid, contributing to expertise in sectors including aerospace, defence, communications, automotive, and marine.
