Glenn Mason

Glenn Mason has extensive experience in a variety of management and consulting roles. Glenn is currently the Global Head of Operational Excellence at Survitec Group Ltd., where they lead the development and implementation of enterprise-level business processes and performance measurement. Prior to this, Glenn was the Head of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology, leading the continuous improvement program and providing coaching to senior leaders. Glenn has also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Spitfire, where they worked with various clients including Marshall Aerospace, Wincanton, BAE, and Red Bull Racing. Before that, they were a Managing Consultant at KM&T, conducting opportunity searches and realizing benefits for overhead lines. Glenn also has experience in operations management, having worked as an Operations Manager at Molson Coors Brewery and as a Group Leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing.

Glenn Mason earned a Diploma of Education in Mechnical Engineering from Burton Technical College between 1986 and 1991. Glenn also obtained a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from IASSC in 2014. Prior to their college education, Glenn attended Wulfric High School, although no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
