Lucy Callingham has a diverse work experience in the field of sports coaching and development. Lucy currently serves as the Sussex Girls DDP Lead Coach for Sussex RFU and as a Sports Development Officer for the University of Brighton. Previously, Lucy has held positions such as Head Coach at the University of Sussex and Hove Rugby Football Club, where they specialized in women's rugby. Lucy has also worked as a Coach Developer and Community Rugby Coach for England Rugby, and as the Head Coach for Women's Rugby at the University of Brighton. In addition, Lucy has served as an Assistant County Coach for the RFU and held coaching roles at Uckfield RFC. Lucy has been involved in various projects promoting rugby in Sussex and has worked as a College Sports Maker and Student Events Officer at Bexhill College. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the development and advancement of women's and girls' rugby.
