Joseph Pitimada has extensive experience in the field of business transformation and process excellence. Joseph worked at Morningstar Sustainalytics as the Director of Business Transformation and Director of Process Excellence. In these roles, they led the establishment of quality standards and a vision of accountability for quality across the organization. Joseph managed global teams and supported various priorities including product innovation, quality, transformation, and regulatory readiness.

Prior to that, Joseph worked at TELUS for several years in various positions. Joseph Pitamada has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing from Ryerson University.
