With three decades of experience in the legal industry, including more than 10 years in strategic human capital management, Dianna Hunter leads strategic, operational and tactical guidance on all human resource fronts throughout Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP.
In addition to providing leadership coaching, Dianna focuses on talent management, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, and compliancy in people, policies and practices. Her extensive years of law firm human resources experience allows her to deliver fair and equitable results while upholding both organizational justice and the needs of the business.
Dianna is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Human Resources People Strategy for Executives and the Society for Human Resources Management.
