Nardiya Mangera

Nardiya Mangera has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the legal sector, currently serving as Senior Partner Recruitment Manager at Eversheds Sutherland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nardiya held various positions at Bird & Bird from May 2019 to December 2023, including Partner Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Partner Talent Acquisition Officer, and Partner Recruitment Officer. Earlier experience includes work as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley and roles in legal practice as an Assistant Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at different firms. Educationally, Nardiya holds a Master’s Degree in Law from The University of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bristol, along with prior studies at the same institution.
