Nickardo Thompson

Nickardo Thompson is passionate about education policy, finance, technology, and people development. They are currently the Executive Director at From Here Forward Academy and serve as the President of Operations for Helpers in Harmony, a non-profit organization. Previously, Nickardo held various roles in customer experience and account management at Sutherland, consistently driving team performance and improving client relationships. They also contributed to the academic development of peers as a Tutor in Communication Studies and served as the Vice President of the Student Council at Knox Community College. Nickardo’s educational background includes studies at Georgetown University, where they are pursuing a BA in Liberal Studies.
