Sanjeev Prasad

Sanjeev Prasad has over two decades of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on digital transformation, product development, and customer experience. Sanjeev is currently the Chief Information Officer at Sutherland, a global provider of digital transformation, customer experience, and business process outsourcing solutions.

Prior to joining Sutherland, Sanjeev was the Global CIO - Digital Platforms & Products at ANUDIP Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that helps people with disabilities find employment. In this role, they were responsible for growing the digital business and transforming internal processes and systems.

Before ANUDIP, Sanjeev worked at DLens Advisory, where they helped clients transform their businesses through technology adoption and implementation. Sanjeev also spent several years at Sutherland Global Services, where they led the integration of technology across the company and drove growth by integrating process with digital solutions.

During their career, Sanjeev has transformed product development in healthcare for Fortune 500 companies, created deep customer insights for retail customers, and transformed technical product support with embedded AI. Sanjeev has also authored several patents for self-healing computer devices and robotic platforms.

Sanjeev Prasad earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell. Sanjeev also attended high school at The Doon School.

They are on a team with Matthew Collier - Chief Strategic Alliance Officer of Sutherland Global & CEO of Sutherland Health Solutions, Satya Ramaswamy - CTO, and Banwari Agarwal - CEO - Banking, Financial Services & Insurance. Their manager is Dilip Vellodi, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.
