Gail Lerch

Gail Lerch currently serves as the Interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sutter Health, overseeing the Human Resources Division and Protective Services Division while emphasizing employee engagement, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Gail held the role of Executive Advisor at PeaceHealth, providing senior HR leadership and support in various capacities, including interim Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive experience at Hawaii Pacific Health, Gail progressed from Executive Advisor to Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, and previously served as Vice President at Kapiolani Health. Gail Lerch holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Hawaii Pacific University and a B.S. in Nursing from Purdue University.
