Lekha Philip

Lekha Philip has a solid background in IT services, operations, and client management. Lekha started as a Senior Software Programmer at Bridge - Global in 2009, eventually moving on to roles such as Process Manager and Head Of Operations. In 2018, they transitioned to Suyati Technologies, where they held positions as Customer Success Manager and currently serves as an Associate Director of Delivery for IT Services. Throughout their career, Lekha has demonstrated their ability to build client relationships, improve processes, and motivate teams to achieve results.

Lekha Philip graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Bharathiar University in 2004. Lekha has also obtained additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Product Owner Scrum Certification, and Scrum Master Certification from KPMG and Scrum Alliance.
