Fabian Rieden has been managing director of public catering at the SV Group and a member of the group management since October 2020. He is a trained hotel manager as well as a state-certified hotel manager and has an MBA in International Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, Providence / USA. Most recently, Fabian Rieden was responsible for the global strategic expansion of the restaurant, franchise, and license business of the Paulaner brewery in Munich.
