Annika Magnusson

Annika Magnusson is an HR Specialist at Svenska kyrkan since August 2021, having previously held the position of HRM Intern at Volvo Group Real Estate AB in 2019. Magnusson's extensive experience in fundraising includes serving as a Fundraising Officer at Diakonia from 2004 to 2017, where responsibility encompassed the entire fundraising process, leading to significant departmental growth. Prior experience as a Fundraiser for UNICEF involved managing the donor register during the launch of Humorgalan, contributing to a substantial membership increase. Early career experience includes nursing in the neonatal and children's ward at Southern Älvsborg Hospital from 1996 to 1998. Academically, Magnusson holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg, among other qualifications in economics, political science, and communication.
