Iris Leong

Iris Leong has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to the present. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Student Coach at LifeEquip Sdn Bhd, where they supported students in various activities and participated in training sessions. In 2019, Iris worked as an Admin/Assistant at Amazin' Graze, where they handled data entry, updated invoices and purchase orders, and prepared products for shipment.

In 2020, Iris took on the role of Operations Executive - Team Huawei APAC at Wavemaker, where they played a crucial role in creating operational processes for campaigns and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments. Additionally, they performed administrative tasks, conducted competitive analysis, and compiled reports.

During the same year, Iris also worked as an Email Marketing Specialist at AERA COMMERCE PTE LTD, where they executed workflow campaigns using Klaviyo email platform, designed and scheduled email campaigns, and proofread marketing messages for clarity and accuracy.

In 2021, Iris joined Omnilytics as a Business Operation Executive, responsible for product reviewing tasks, assigning and supervising daily tasks, and assisting in the intern hiring process. Iris also implemented changes to improve accuracy in product labeling and created flowcharts for product classification.

Currently, Iris is working at Swap Asia as a Junior IT Business Analyst. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Information Technology Business Analyst.

Iris Leong completed their education at SEGi University & Colleges. From 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Foundation in Arts degree with a field of study in Information Technology. Following that, from 2018 to 2021, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Iris also obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed an Intermediate SQL Queries course at DataCamp. Furthermore, in July 2022, they obtained certifications in Introduction to RPA and Automation, RPA Business Analysis Fundamentals, and RPA Business Analyst Foundation from UiPath.
