Hyejin Ko

HyeJin Ko has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2007 at LBK, where they held roles as a Recruiting Specialist and C&B Specialist until 2013. HyeJin then joined the ZEISS Group in 2014 and worked as a Talent Acquisition & C&B, C&B Manager, and HRBP & C&B Manager until 2022. Currently, they are working at SWAROVSKI as the Head of HR Korea since 2023.

HyeJin Ko pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yonsei University, completing the program from 2021 to 2023.
