Roza Golden

Roza Golden is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the luxury goods sector. Currently, Roza serves as the Sales Director Wholesale for North America at SWAROVSKI, leading the North American sales team for B2B distribution and enhancing sales team performance through effective strategy execution. Prior to this role, Roza was the VP of Sales and International Sales Director at Judith Ripka, where significant growth in international and domestic wholesale business units was achieved. Roza's earlier experience includes positions such as Merchandise Allocation Manager at Chopard, where core collections for boutiques were developed, and Store Manager at Fendi, responsible for the successful launch of a retail store. Roza holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Seton Hall University and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School Online.
