Andrew Hadsell Pe

Andrew Hadsell, PE, MBA has extensive work experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry. Andrew is currently the National Business Director - Water Resources at SWCA Environmental Consultants, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, Andrew worked at AECOM as the Program Manager - Water from February 2022 to July 2023.

From 2018 to 2021, Andrew served as the Area Manager and Vice President at Kleinfelder, where they were responsible for the operations, leadership, and growth of the Carolinas and Georgia offices. During this time, they managed multiple offices and over 120 staff, overseeing environmental, civil design, geotechnical, and construction services.

Before joining Kleinfelder, Andrew held various positions at different companies. At WSP, they served as the Unit Manager and Senior Associate Engineer from January 2010 to March 2018, and as the Practice Leader - Water from December 2006 to January 2010. Andrew worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Wetherill Engineering, Inc. from October 2005 to December 2006, and as an Engineering Team Leader at AECOM from May 2003 to October 2005. Prior to that, they held the role of Engineering Project Manager at ESS Group, Inc. from August 2002 to May 2003, and as an Engineering Team Leader at Dewberry from December 1997 to August 2002.

In addition to their professional work, Andrew also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Raleigh Swimming Association from July 2017 to June 2021.

Andrew Hadsell has a diverse educational background. Andrew obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. In 2000, they attended Old Dominion University and completed a program in Coastal Science. Later, they pursued further education by earning an MBA from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, specializing in Business, Management, Strategic Planning, and Innovation, during the years 2010 to 2013.

Additionally, Andrew Hadsell holds a certification as a Professional Engineer, obtained in June 2004 from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
