Chelsea Murphy has a diverse work experience in the environmental industry. Chelsea began their career in 2007 as a Senior Staff Scientist at Cardno ENTRIX, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable knowledge and expertise in the field. In 2013, they joined the Texas General Land Office as a Natural Resources Specialist and contributed to various projects in that role until 2014. Chelsea then moved on to SWCA Environmental Consultants in 2015 and held the position of Senior Project Manager until 2018. Chelsea was responsible for managing and overseeing important projects. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director - Business Development Resources at SWCA Environmental Consultants. Chelsea continues to play a crucial role in developing and expanding the company's business.

Chelsea Murphy attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology. In addition, they studied at Griffith University from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Ecology and English Literature.
