Heather Rothbard

Heather Rothbard has extensive work experience in the environmental field. Heather has worked as a Wetland Biologist at SWCA Environmental Consultants since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental Inspector/Field Clerk at On & Offshore Quality Control Specialist, LLC. (QCS) from 2015 to 2019. Heather also served as a Botanist/Wetland Biologist at URS from 2010 to 2015, and as a Planner/Ecologist at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure from 2006 to 2010. Before transitioning to the environmental field, they worked as a Forestry Planner at Arizona Public Service (APS) from 2005 to 2006. Their early career experience includes working as a Research Technician - Plant Genetics at USDA-ARS from 2002 to 2004.

Heather Rothbard attended Arizona State University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Biology with an emphasis in Ecology and Environmental Science.
