Nuria Holmes, MS has over 10 years of experience in the hydroelectric industry and regulatory affairs. Nuria Holmes, MS, has a comprehensive education history. Nuria obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Arizona State University, graduating in 2008.
