Mike Denney

Mike Denney is the Chief Real Estate Officer at Swedish Health Services. Mike has over 20 years of experience in real estate, including strategic planning, project management, transaction management, property management, parking and transportation management, and real estate finance and accounting.

Denney's experience in real estate began at CB Richard Ellis, where they served as Managing Director of Healthcare Solutions from June 2000 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing real estate solutions for hospitals and healthcare organizations in the West Region. Some of the notable clients they worked with during their time at CBRE include Swedish Medical Center, MultiCare Health System, Oregon Health & Science University, and Evergreen Hospital Medical Center.

In their current role at Swedish Health Services, Denney is responsible for leading the real estate team and providing strategic direction for all real estate-related matters. This includes overseeing the development, construction, and maintenance of Swedish's real estate portfolio as well as managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process. Under Denney's leadership, Swedish has been able to create sustainable real estate solutions that support its mission and provide long-term value for its patients and the community.
