Kristin Neubauer

Kristin Neubauer has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kristin currently works as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Sweegen since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Human Resources at Greenwave Systems Inc from August 2019 to September 2021, where they oversaw HR operations for about 100 employees across three global locations. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Horizon Communications Technologies from June 2015 to August 2019, where they managed all aspects of HR for a company of 65 employees. Their earlier experience includes working at RED Digital Cinema as the Human Resources (Inmate Control) professional, where they played a key role in growing and scaling HR resources for a workforce of 150 to nearly 400 employees. Kristin began their career as a Project Manager at Integrity Communications Consultants, Inc. Overall, Kristin has showcased expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, policy implementation, and employee relations throughout their career.

Kristin Neubauer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of San Diego in 2003.
