Monica Cusnir has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monica started their career as a Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and worked there until 2010. Monica then joined ISS Facility Services A/S as a Project Manager, where they managed construction projects for Johnson & Johnson. In 2011, they moved to CB Richard Ellis and served as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of office spaces for clients such as UBS and Xerox. In 2013, they became a Facilities Manager at Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro. Subsequently, they worked as a Real Estate Broker at Casas Bacanas for a brief period in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Facilities and Project Manager at Walmart.com - Brasil (Walmart eCommerce Brasil). Most recently, they joined Swell Capital Inc. in 2020 as a Facilities Project Manager. In 2022, they transitioned to Selina, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2023.
Monica Cusnir's education history begins in 1997 when they attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado where they pursued Industrial Design until 2000. Following this, from 2000 to 2003, Monica attended Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2001, they continued their studies at the same institution and completed a degree in Interior Design, which lasted until 2005.
In 2016, Monica enrolled at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo once again for a Post-Graduate program in Architecture, City, and Sustainability, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, Monica obtained a certification in Accessibility in Architecture and Urban Spaces from Prefeitura da Cidade de São Paulo, the institution and date of obtaining this certification are not specified.
Lastly, in 2017, Monica pursued a degree in Business at Midwestern Career College Chicago, which concluded in 2020.
