Vincent Fan

Vincent Fan is an experienced product engineering and management professional with a robust background in global R&D and marketing. Since August 2013, Vincent has served as the Product Engineering Manager in SWEP, overseeing various projects including new product development, cost reduction, and product optimization while also being a team manager and a member of the APAC management. Prior to this role, Vincent managed product development for the APAC region as a Product Management Manager in SWEP. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at U-Connections, Product Engineer at SWEP, and Product Engineer at MMI System (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., along with an engineering position at Tongwei Feed Mill Bangladesh Ltd. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Autocontrol Engineering from Sichuan Agricultural University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from GEM.
