Maarten Mampaey

Maarten Mampaey has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Maarten started at SunGard as a Software Engineer and worked there for seven years. In 2011, they joined SWIFT where they served as a Development Team Lead, responsible for building and integrating Java components for the Advanced Messaging Hub (AMH) product. Maarten also worked as a Solution Architect for both the EMEA and APAC regions, translating customer requirements into industry-standard solutions. Maarten then took on the role of Head of AMH Services APAC, overseeing the delivery of solutions to leading banks in the region, with a focus on Hong Kong and North Asia customers. Most recently, they served as the Head of AMH Product Management, responsible for setting the strategy and priorities for on-premises software delivery at SWIFT. Overall, Maarten Mampaey has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the financial messaging industry.

Maarten Mampaey completed their Bachelor's degree in Latijn Wiskunde from OLV College Boom in 2000. Maarten then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Antwerp from 2000 to 2004.
