Saskia Devolder

Saskia Devolder has over 25 years of work experience. Saskia started their career in 1996 at Synstar as an International Product Marketing Manager, where they developed services and strategies to increase revenue and profitability. In 1999, they joined MasterCard and held various roles including Vice President Global Key Client Management, where they developed strategic relationships and increased volumes and revenues for global banks. Saskia also served as a Product Manager for prepaid products, developing strategies and supporting regions. Since 2006, Saskia has been working at SWIFT in various leadership positions, including Managing Director Strategy Cross-border Payments. Their responsibilities at SWIFT have included managing regional profitability, people management, operational excellence, and strategic relationships with key clients.

Saskia Devolder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Public Relations from the Higher Institute of Business Education and Public Relations in the years 1988 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1991 until 1994.
