Mariashilpa Vincent

Mariashilpa Vincent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in configuration management and IT service management. Currently serving as CMDB Manager at Swift since December 2022, Mariashilpa is responsible for the configuration management of financial assets and collaborates with service architects to align CI lifecycle processes with company strategy and audits. Prior to Swift, Mariashilpa held the position of Configuration Management Lead at HCL Technologies B.V. in the Netherlands from November 2019 to December 2022, and earlier worked as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from December 2014 to November 2019, focusing on manufacturing systems configuration analysis. Mariashilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Panimalar Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
