Karen Darling

Karen Darling is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as a Fractional GTM at SwiftCX, Karen has previously held roles such as VP of Sales at Kodif, and Head of US Sales at Dixa, where responsibilities included leading new business growth and managing sales teams. Karen's expertise was recognized at Medallia, where leadership as Regional Director in Commercial Sales earned the title of Global Regional Director of the Year for FY22, and a record as the #1 performing commercial salesperson in FY2021. Early career experiences include positions at Stella Connect, Startup Institute, and Tuesday's Children, complemented by a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University.
