Kalpesh Parmar

Kalpesh Parmar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kalpesh started their career in 1996 as a PC Support Technician at Sony Bmg Music Entertainment, where they worked until 1997. Kalpesh then worked at Linklaters as a 2nd Line Customer Support Analyst from March 1999 to June 1999. From June 1999 to August 1999, they worked at Herbert Smith Freehills as a 2nd Line Deskside Support. In 1999, they began working at ITNET, where they held various roles including 2nd Line Field Engineer from August 1999 to August 2001, 3rd Line Support Analyst from September 2001 to October 2002, and Server Support/Projects Engineer from October 2002 to August 2004. Kalpesh joined Capita in January 2005 as a Support Engineer and then moved to ATS Euromaster in August 2004 as a 3rd Line Support Engineer. From April 2005 to April 2006, they worked at Serco as a Server Engineer, and from May 2006 to April 2008, they held the position of 3rd Line Support Team at Serco. Finally, they joined Swim England in April 2008 as the Head of IT.

Kalpesh Parmar attended Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science.
