Lauren Bertrando

Lauren Bertrando currently serves as the Vice President of Design & Merchandising at SWIM USA, overseeing the creative direction and design process for women's and girls' swimwear for major retailers. As a founding member of the co-lab, a global networking community for fashion and luxury professionals, Lauren fosters industry connections. Previously, Lauren held significant leadership roles at Vandale Industries and Delta Galil Industries, defining creative visions and driving successful product development for renowned brands. With extensive experience at Macy's in various design roles, Lauren has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sales, manage teams, and innovate within the fashion industry. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Philadelphia University and has pursued additional education in Mandarin Chinese.
