Scott Mc Donald, PFHEA, is an experienced leader in higher education management, currently serving as Director of Student Engagement at Swinburne University of Technology since September 2021, responsible for student advising services within the Student Engagement portfolio. Previous roles include acting Director of Student Engagement at the University of Melbourne and Associate Director of Student Involvement and Academic Success, where Scott led student support services aimed at enhancing academic and professional outcomes.
