James Watson

James (Jim) Watson is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Division Manager of Self Perform Services at Swinerton Builders since August 2015, Watson focuses on strengthening the company's self-perform portfolio and enhancing offerings across the Western United States. Prior to this role, Watson was President and COO of The Raymond Group, a specialty subcontractor, from January 1990 to July 2015, and Chief Estimator at Berger Brothers Inc. from January 1984 to January 1990. Watson holds a JD in Law from John F. Kennedy University School of Law and a BS in Finance from California State University-Long Beach.
