Briana Flynn

Briana Flynn, PhD, PCC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Briana currently holds the position of National Director, Global Talent Management at Swinerton, where they are responsible for various talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, employee performance management, and employee development. Briana also serves as a Board Member at Swinerton Builders.

Prior to their current role, Briana was the Director, National Talent Partner at Swinerton, where they successfully built and developed a talent function to support the company's growth goals. Briana also played a key role in talent onboarding and cultural integration.

In addition to their experience at Swinerton, Briana has held various roles at organizations such as YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley, International Coaching Federation, Goleman EI, REBEL TALENT, John Deere, and St. Ambrose University. These roles have involved leadership coaching, emotional and social intelligence coaching, founding and consulting for a leadership development firm, talent management, HR operations, employee experience, and teaching as an adjunct instructor in an MBA program.

Through their work experience, Briana has demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, coaching, and organizational communication.

Briana Flynn, PhD, PCC has a diverse educational background. Briana holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership and IO Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication Theory from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications and Public Relations from Monmouth College. Additionally, they have pursued further professional development by earning various certifications, including a Science of Well Being Certificate from Yale University, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, and Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, among others.
