Annika Björkholm has been working in the marketing and sales industry since 2005. Annika began their career as a Market & Sales Development Representative for Oy Micky Björkholm Trading Ab, a family-run B2B clothing and shoe distribution company. In 2014, they were a Marketing Intern for Genfoot Inc in Montréal, assisting in the production of the shoe catalog and lead generation in Canada and the U.S. In 2016, they were a Marketing Specialist for Uniqode, a boutique Drupal web development company in Amsterdam, and a Marketing Assistant for Nina Quax Creative Studio, a graphic design and branding studio. Annika was also a Store Manager for Oy Micky Björkholm Trading Ab. In 2017, they were a Growth Marketer for Experiencegift and a Growth Hacking Trainee for The Talent Institute. Finally, in 2020, they joined Pavilion as a Member and is currently a Head of Marketing & Founding Team Member for SwipeGuide.

Annika Björkholm has a comprehensive education history. Annika began their studies in 2012 at the Hanken School of Economics, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management & Marketing in 2015. That same year, they completed an Erasmus Exchange at the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, studying HRM and German. In 2014, they completed a Minor subject (BSc) in Art Theirtory at the University of Helsinki. In 2016, they graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration (Marketing and International Management), graduating with distinction. In 2017, they attended B. Startup School Amsterdam, studying Growth Hacking - Digital Marketing 2.0.
