Roger Podlech

Roger Podlech has extensive work experience in the field of pension funds and insurance. Roger started their career in 1988 at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Sachbearbeiter BVG and later worked as an Account Executive Leben Marktsegment Energie. In 1998, they joined Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz as Stv. Regionenleiter BVG-Support. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Swiss Life AG as a Konzernberater Swiss Life Grosskunden. Roger then joined Avadis Vorsorge AG in 2007 and served as Leiter Kundendienst and Leiter IT-QM, as well as Pensionskassenleiter for various companies. In 2016, they moved to PFS Pension Fund Services AG as Pensionskassenleiter. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Swiss Life Pension Services AG as Pensionskassenleiter PK Alcan, handling the liquidation of the PK Alcan. Currently, they are working at Swiss Life AG as Head Key Account Sales Pension Funds (Grossraum Zürich und Ostschweiz).

Roger Podlech attended the University of Zurich from 1988 to 1993, where they studied Wirtschaftsinformatik. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a degree in Eidg. dipl. Pensionskassen-Leiter at Fachhochschule Olten. Additionally, from 2000 to 2003, they completed training in Pensionsversicherungsexperten, obtaining a Vordiplom in Lebensversicherungsmathematik (Teil A) and a Vordiplom in Rechts- und Sozialversicherungskunde (Teil B).
