Marta Raus-Zaglio

Marta Raus-Zaglio, PhD, serves as the Head of Tech & Data Operations Services at Swiss Re and has held several key positions within the company, including Head of Group Functions IT Tech & Data and Head of Group Data Operations & Governance. Prior to Swiss Re, Marta worked at Avaloq as an Innovation Manager in Zurich and previously held roles in Edinburgh as Head of Regulatory Reporting and in Zurich as a Business Analyst. Marta's experience also includes a position as a Research Associate at SAP and ETH Zürich, along with an internship as a Logistics Assistant at Ferrero. Marta holds an Engineer's Degree in Management from ETH Zürich and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from the University of St.Gallen.
