Lori Ennis has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the human resources field. Lori most recently served as the VP of Talent, Learning, & Experience at Swissport, where they oversaw a team responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, training, compliance, corporate communications, and employee experience across 61 airports and 13,000+ employees. Before joining Swissport, Lori worked as an HR Manager at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where they developed strategies to improve engagement, retention, and performance for a hospital campus serving 2000+ healthcare professionals. Lori also worked at Kroger as an Atlanta Division Talent Manager, overseeing HR management strategies for a region with over 25,000 employees and 184 stores, and as an HR Manager and District HR Coordinator. Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, working closely with senior executives and leading teams to drive organizational success.

Lori Ennis holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Belmont University. Lori also earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as ChiefSpace from the Turknett Leadership Group and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Lori is also a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
