James Hulbert

James Hulbert, MBA, has a comprehensive work experience in talent management, organizational development, and leadership roles. James is currently serving as the SVP Talent Management at Swissport. Previously, they held the position of VP Talent Management, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Organizational Development at Stop & Shop, where they developed a multi-year DEI strategy and deployed talent programs. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Talent & Organization Development at Staples, leading a team to implement a three-year talent management strategy. James also gained experience as the Global Head of Talent Management at Analog Devices, where they executed an integrated talent strategy. James served as the VP Global Leadership Development - Corporate and VP Global Talent Management - Automotive at Johnson Controls, focusing on leadership development and talent management across the organization. Additionally, they worked as the Regional Director of Leader Development - Asia at Johnson Controls, optimizing talent management practices. James started their career as the Regional HR Leader - Asia at United Airlines and later worked as the Talent Strategist - Greater China at Nortel Networks. James also served as the General Manager / Senior Consultant at IWNC, providing organizational and leadership development expertise. James began their career as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development at the University of San Francisco and as the Assistant Director Student Activities and Multicultural Affairs at Tulane University.

James Hulbert (贺 杰) holds an MBA degree in General Management from Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA. James also completed a Language Certificate Program in Mandarin Chinese Studies at Beijing Language and Culture University. Additionally, they obtained a MA in Asian Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco and another MA in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University. Their undergraduate degree is a BA in Psychology from Penn State University. In addition to their education, James has obtained certifications in DISC from Wiley, Hogan from Hogan Assessment Systems, MBTI from CPP, Inc., and Talent Tools from Korn Ferry.
