Shikha Malkani

Shikha Malkani, CPA, CTP, CIA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shikha is currently the Vice President Finance, P2P and S2C at Swissport, where they lead the finance team and is responsible for process implementation and system management.

Prior to their current role, Shikha served as the Senior Director, Corporate Controller at Swissport, overseeing the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Fixed Assets teams. Shikha successfully managed a team of direct and indirect reports and reported directly to the CFO.

Before joining Swissport, Shikha held various leadership positions at companies such as Serco - North America, Sprint Nextel, Levi Strauss & Co., and Amtrak. These roles included responsibilities in treasury management, accounting, financial analysis, and finance specialist functions.

Throughout their career, Shikha demonstrated their expertise in financial compliance, reporting, and internal control management. Shikha also played a key role in process improvement and implementation projects.

Shikha Malkani, CPA, CTP, CIA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Delhi University from 1996 to 2000. Shikha then pursued their Master's degree in Economics at MD University from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained the certifications of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institution of Internal Auditors, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Virginia Board Of Accountancy, and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association Of Financial Professionals.
