Skyler Holloway has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as a Project Engineer at DPR Construction in 2012 before moving on to work as a Researcher at Stanford University's Center for Integrated Facilities Engineering. At Stanford, they conducted research on Integrated Project Delivery and Industrialized Construction.

In 2014, Skyler joined Facebook as a Global Data Center Development Intern before transitioning to roles such as Data Center Operations Coordinator, Data Center Project Manager, and Construction Project Manager. They were responsible for managing projects at Facebook's enterprise data centers in Oregon and Sweden, ranging from $100k to $20M+. Their responsibilities included project development, contractor evaluation, contract negotiation, financial controlling, construction execution, and project turn-over.

After leaving Facebook, Skyler worked as a Management Consultant at datacenterHawk from 2015 to 2018, providing consulting services in the data center industry. They then joined The Gannett Group as CEO and Lead Consultant, where they offered expert insights on data center industry topics to clients such as private equity firms and technology entrepreneurs.

In 2017, Skyler became a Member of the Education Workgroup at Infrastructure Masons, a global industry group focused on critical systems and data center technology development. They were responsible for contributing to the group's mission of uniting global leaders in the industry.

More recently, Skyler worked at Cairn Leadership Strategies as a Guide for Team and Leader Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Portfolio and Strategy at Switch, where they lead executive strategy and product portfolio, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Throughout their career, Skyler has demonstrated expertise in data center operations, project management, strategy, and leadership development.

Skyler Holloway holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. They also have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Additionally, Skyler has expertise in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, Soil Mechanics, and Corporate Finance from their studies at Griffith University. In 2020, Skyler obtained a Product Manager Certificate from the Product School.
